Application Workflow
The timeline below provides an overview of the application workflow for exchange students and important dates throughout the semester.
Semester Dates and Deadlines
Summer Semester 2023 (Starting in March)| 2022 | |
| November | - Nov. 1.: Nomination Deadline
- Nov. 15: Online application Deadline.

| December | - December 01: Student dormitory application deadline.
- Your Letter of Acceptance will be issued and sent to you or your home university.
- Information on course selection.

| January | - By end of the month: Student housing associations will send accommodation offers to applicants. If you have not received an accommodation offer by beginning of February, please contact Max Alber.
- By end of the month: information on documents required for completion of exchange student enrolment will be sent to you.

| February | - February 15: Deadline for submission of Health insurance certificate.
- February 28: Deadline for submission of preliminary course selection.
|
March | - March 01: Earliest possible arrival date. Please note: Moving into your dormitory room is generally not possible on weekends.
- March 08, 2023, starting time 15:30 PM (CET). Orientation day, completion of exchange student enrolment. Further information here
- March 13: Start of lectures.

May | - May 08 - 15: Exam registration period.
|
| July | - July 08: End of lecture period
- July 10 - 19: Exam period
|
| August | - Beginning of the month: Grades will be available via the HIP platform.
- End of the semester.
