Laboratories

Extensive, modern equipment

Researchers at the School of Engineering have access to well-equipped laboratories for their research activities both at the Hohbuch Reutlingen site and at the Electronics & Drives Teaching and Research Centre in Reutlingen Rommelsbach. Students have access to a well-equipped machine hall and modern laboratories for teaching purposes.

Energy transition and electromobility

Forward-looking topics

We teach and conduct research in the fields of electronics/power electronics and drive technology, thus providing the basic technology for many issues related to the energy transition and electromobility. We also train the energy experts of tomorrow at the Reutlingen Energy Centre for Decentralised Energy Systems and Energy Efficiency.
